As is the spirit of Future Assist’s Referral Program, we wish to thank our valued clients with great rewards. However, as with most things in life, to ensure the system is fair and safe for everyone there needs to be some guiding rules. These are as follows:
Eligibility
- The referral program is open to current clients of Future Assist who refer new clients for a Wealth Strategy and related services.
Qualifying Referral
- A qualifying referral is defined as a new client (not previously known to us) who reaches Wealth Strategy Development stage. There is no time limit or expiry date on the time it takes for a referral to qualify.
Reward
- The referrer will receive a Gift Card as a reward for each qualifying referral.
- The standard value of the gift card is: $400 for Standard Referrers and $1000 for Elite Referrer Club members.
- These amounts can be changed to lower or higher amounts by Future Assist at any time.
- During Promotional Campaigns, other rewards may be offered, with conditions clearly communicated.
- The reward will be issued within approximately 7 business days of the qualifying referral reaching the Wealth Strategy Development stage.
- If a qualifying referral reaches the Wealth Strategy Development stage and the referral promotion has changed since the time they were referred, Future Assist will determine which promotion is applicable to the referrer
Elite Referrer Club
- Once a client successfully referrers 2 or more existing (current) clients, they will automatically qualify for our Elite Referrer Club.
- Elite Referrers are rewarded with a $1000 Gift Card for any subsequent successful referrals. This replaces the $400 Gift Card.
Multiple Referrals
- There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant can make.
- Each qualifying referral will result in a separate reward, and rewards will accumulate.
Gift Cards
- The gift card is subject to the terms and conditions specified by the card issuer. Refer to Australia Post Gift Card by Mastercard Terms and Conditions (auspost.com.au) for details.
- Future Assist is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
General
- These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Participants are encouraged to stay informed about updates through our website and campaign emails.
- By participating in the referral program, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
- Rewards and gift cards cannot be exchanged or swapped once selected.
- Rewards and gift cards are not transferable, cannot be sold or exchanged for cash.
