Simone Carkeek

Simone joined Future Assist in 2009 (formerly known as CLS Finance) with the aim of growing the offerings of the small department.

With a career spanning the Banking & Finance industry since 2000, Simone’s role was to expand the offerings of the small department when she first joined Future Assist. Now, on a day-to-day basis, Simone oversees the finance staff, liaises with relevant parties in the home lending sector, builds and strengthens lending portfolios, and manages relationships with our lending partners, financial advisers, and valued clients.

Simone understands that the way finance is structured is one of the most important considerations for our clients. Her goal is to make sure all our clients get the most effective loan structure possible, in order to accelerate their portfolios, boost cash flow, and get them into their next investment faster.

In her personal Simone loves time keeping busy with her two active teenage children, loves the beach and everything Gold Coast has to offer and like to keep fit and healthy.

Simone holds the following professional qualifications:

• • Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking)
• • Diploma in Finance Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking Management)
• • Full Member & Mentor of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA)
