Amanda Spencer

Amanda brings over 43 years of expertise in Property and Wills & Estate Planning Law to Future Assist and Fidelis Legal. Her extensive background spans residential, commercial, retail, industrial, and rural real estate across Australia. Amanda began her legal career in the early 1980s in Sydney and has advised clients nationwide, including a decade with a National Financial Planning company.

Before joining Future Assist and establishing Fidelis Legal in 2019, Amanda ran her own law practice and has been advising the group since 2012. She is recognised as an Accredited Specialist in Property Law, with comprehensive experience in investment property acquisition, property development, self-managed superannuation, and various legal aspects including financing, contracts, estate planning, and more.

Outside of work, Amanda enjoys boating, fishing, and spending quality time with her family.
