DECEMBER 2020 – WHERE TO START?

Life in the mining industry had provided these clients a good level of income to live off, but how could they maintain this lifestyle into retirement?
With no investments, or saving strategies other than their offset, they felt that they needed professional guidance to pave a clearer path toward wealth and security. JANUARY 2021 – THE FIRST STEP

MAY 2022 – PROPERTY PORTFOLIO ESTABLISTED

Future Assist’s property team recommended an investment property in South Maclean, Queensland, chosen for its strong population growth. The clients were familiar with the area from the news and were confident in their choice. The property aligned well with their conservative yet future-focused investment strategy. Since then, the property’s value has nearly doubled, while also providing more than $25,000 in annual tax deductions.

JULY 2023 – GROWING CONFIDENCE

Thanks to the significant appreciation of their South Maclean property, the clients were able to unlock equity and purchase a second investment property. Future Assist’s property team recommended a new-build house and land package in Angle Vale, South Australia. This choice was driven by the area’s future potential for long-term growth.

NOVEMBER 2024 – PEACE OF MIND FOR THE FUTURE

By late 2024, construction on the Angle Vale property was completed, with a predicted rental income establishing it as another valuable asset. With two investment properties now in their portfolio, the clients have achieved significant net asset growth, improved cash flow, and enhanced their tax efficiency. More importantly, they have gained peace of mind and are confidently working toward their goal of early retirement with a clear, actionable plan.
