Luis Eguren

Luis joined Future Assist in 2018. He commenced his professional life in the finance industry as a loan processor for a Melbourne mortgage broking firm in 2011 after completing his studies in accounting. At this time, he was exposed to various finance structures, including companies, trusts, and self-managed super-funds, and financial strategies aimed at benefiting property investors.

After working as a loan processor and a broker PA for four years, Luis became a qualified mortgage broker. He continued to expand his expertise in assisting clients in achieving their financial goals by arranging finance under different structures. This ranged from first home buyers and “Mum & Dad” investors to clients facing financial hardships needing to reorganize their finances, as well as sophisticated investors utilizing complex borrowing structures such as companies, trusts, and self-managed super funds.

As a finance broker at Future Assist, Luis oversees the implementation of efficient finance options under self-managed super-funds and other lending structures aligned with clients’ financial objectives and goals.

One of Luis’s greatest passions is music, and he enjoys playing and listening to a variety of styles, including Jazz, Rock, and Spanish/Flamenco Guitar.
