Future Assist Accountants Pty Ltd (FAA) Changes to Terms of Trade

June 12, 2026

SMSF Administration Service Update

From 12 June 2026, FAA will no longer provide separate payment confirmation emails after invoices and expenses have been paid from your SMSF bank account.

This change reflects improvements in banking notifications provided by Macquarie Bank. Trustees now receive direct notifications from Macquarie Bank whenever funds are withdrawn from the SMSF bank account, providing real-time visibility of transactions.

Any clients who do not receive notifications directly from Macquarie, please contact them directly to ensure your contract details are up to date.

Transition to a Fully Electronic Firm

From 1 July 2026, FAA Accountants will become a fully electronic firm.

As part of this transition:

  • All client communications and document delivery will be conducted electronically.
  • Clients should ensure their contact details and email addresses remain up to date to avoid delays in receiving important information.

Changes to Self-Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF) Financial Pack Delivery

From 1 July 2026, the delivery process for SMSF financial packs will change.

All client annual SMSF financial statements and associated documents will be sent via our electronic signature platform for execution.

Once all required signatures have been completed:

  • All clients will automatically receive a PDF copy of the executed documents for your records.
  • FAA will no longer send a separate copy of the completed financial pack by email.

This streamlined process will provide faster delivery, improved security, and a more efficient client experience.
