Shia Carrera

Shia joined Future Assist in September 2025 as a Client Services Liaison. In her role, she supports clients by providing clear and accurate information, coordinating internal processes to meet client needs, and maintaining strong, professional relationships built on trust and responsiveness.

Shia brings experience in customer service and client relations, with a strong ability to build rapport and deliver a positive client experience.

Outside of work, Shia enjoys spending quality time with her family and values creating meaningful connections through shared experiences, including travelling and exploring new foods.
